I just need to say, it's not a fun day when you have to let an employee go. I thought about it for quite some time and finally spoke to my boss to get advice. I finally decided, at the end of the day, it was the best thing to do. This person was just not right for the job. I kind of feel like I'm putting him on the street. sigh.
I wish him luck and that he will quickly find something he loves.
